Regulations Committee

The LSPA’s Regulations Committee works to further the LSPA membership’s knowledge and understanding of MassDEP regulations and guidance that affect the regulated community. Committee members actively participate in MassDEP workgroups and internal discussions, sharing points of view and technical expertise on subjects of interest to the profession.  The Committee also provides review of and input into draft regulations and/or guidance developed by MassDEP and the LSP Board of Registration to help shape the future of the practice.   

The Risk Assessors Subcommittee is part of the Regulations Committee. This group holds meetings via Teams on the last Thursday of every month at 11:00AM to discuss new MassDEP guidance and regulations, thorny practice issues, and new initiatives.  Please click here to learn more.    

The Regulations Committee holds a monthly conference call on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 9:30 am. For more information, contact one of the chairs.

Risk Assessors Subcommittee

The Risk Assessors subcommittee is part of the Regulations Group. This group holds virtual calls on an as-needed basis. Please contact one of the committee chairs to receive information on participating.
