Membership Meeting Sponsorships

The LSPA is currently holding most membership meetings as live webinars; this has greatly increased the number and geographic coverage of meeting participants. This opportunity covers meetings that take place from September 2024 through June 2025. During this time, the LSPA will hold two member meetings in person and seven by live webinar. Click here to view the schedule of upcoming membership meetings.  

Five Meeting Sponsor Package

This package provides the opportunity for sponsorship of five LSPA Membership Meetings, both in-person and by live webinar, at the reduced rate of $300 per meeting for a total commitment of $1500 for the fiscal year. The sponsor will have their choice of five out of the nine scheduled LSPA Monthly Membership meetings which take place from September 2024 through June 2025. Three Meeting Sponsor Package

This package provides the opportunity for sponsorship of three LSPA Membership Meetings, both in-person and by live webinar, at the reduced rate of $400 per meeting for a total commitment of $1200 for the fiscal year. The sponsor will have their choice of three out of the nine scheduled LSPA Monthly Membership meetings which take place from September 2024 through June 2025. Individual Meeting Sponsorships

Sponsorships of Western MA Member Meetings

Sponsorship of LSPA Member Meetings in Western Massachusetts, typically held in Springfield, are available for $100 per meeting.  Sponsor benefits are detailed below. Please click here to access the Western Massachusetts sponsorship registration form.

Sponsor Benefits

• Sponsors are recognized in the broadcast email announcements and reminders sent to all members, and our full mailing list, prior to the meeting
• A link to the sponsor's website is included in the LSPA's website calendar entry and the registration forms   
• Sponsor will be recognized and a sponsor's representative will have the opportunity to speak at the start of the program
• At in-person events, sponsors will be provided a display table for handouts and other materials
• Sponsor may send two representatives to the meeting free of charge (these registrations are not for credit)

All Meeting Sponsorships must be paid in full in advance of the meeting.
