New UST Board Meetings for 2022

LSPA members who are stakeholders of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue (MassDOR) Underground Storage Tank (UST) Reimbursement Program are encouraged to participate in the public meetings of two subcommittees formed by the UST Administrative Review Board (“21J Board”) at the end of 2021. These subcommittee meetings occur on the second and third Wednesdays of every month at 10AM via Zoom and last approximately one hour.

The first subcommittee is a working group with a goal of evaluating and updating the Appendix 3 Fee Schedule. This subcommittee will meet:

The second group is the Fee Schedule and Policy Review Subcommittee which will evaluate the fee schedule and policies of the reimbursement program; this includes policies on Board Approved Site Assessments (BASA), reimbursement for analysis of EPH samples, and reimbursement for soil transportation and disposal. The meetings for this subcommittee will occur:

These meetings are held in addition to the regularly scheduled 21J Board meetings  which occur on the last Thursday of every month at 10AM via Zoom.

The Zoom links and the agendas are provided on this page prior to the meetings. These meetings are open to the public and pre-registration is not required.
