A member of the LSPA since 1998, Pat is a Senior Project Manager with EnviroTrac. He has been an environmental consultant for 24 years and an LSP for 18 years. Pat holds a Bachelors degree in Chemistry Engineering from the University of Toronto. Pat has managed a wide range of environmental assessment and remediation projects for major petroleum retailers, industrial manufacturers and other commercial clients, developers, attorneys, insurance companies, and public organizations. He is also a Grade 6 licensed wastewater treatment operator.

Prior to joining the board, Pat served on the Education Committee for over 13 years, including as Committee Chair for 2013-2014. He credits the LSPA with being a critical component of his staying current on the state-of-the practice and he would like to see the organization expand its exceptional educational program, maintain and enhance the financial viability of the organization, and encourage professional dialogue.
