MassDEP Technical Assistance Grant Program Informational Meeting

The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) Bureau of Waste Site Cleanup is holding an online informational meeting about upcoming Technical Assistance Grants (TAGs) funding. AEPMM Annual Certification Message from MassDEP

On March 19, 2025, Annual Certification letters were sent by MassDEP’s Bureau of Waste Site Cleanup to property owners where an Active Exposure Pathway Mitigation Measure (AEPMM) is required to maintain a Permanent Solution with Conditions under the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP). LSPA Environmental Justice Grants

The LSPA launched our Environmental Justice Grant program in 2023 on our 30th anniversary. After awarding grants to five organizations, we are pleased to continue this program for proposals to support and celebrate environmental and natural resource projects in Environmental Justice Populations in Massachusetts.

The LSPA will distribute a total of $5,000 in 2025 to one or more grantees serving EJ populations in Massachusetts.

Grant applications are due to the LSPA by July 1, 2025 no later than 5:00 pm EST. The LSPA will announce grant awards by August 31, 2025.

Emerging Professionals Resources

The LSPA's Emerging Professionals Committee (EPC) is dedicated to providing educational & social programs for professionals who are new to environmental consulting in Massachusetts. In addition to several other events, the EPC holds two events of great interest.
