About the Event  
The LSPA’s Emerging Professionals Committee (EPC) invites aspiring environmental professionals to join the second session in a discussion series title, “Path to the LSP.”

This virtual moderated panel will feature LSPs from a range of firms and backgrounds who will share how they prepared for the LSP exam through work experience and study, what exam day was like, and what they wish they had known before sitting for the exam. Speakers will also offer brief reflections on how earning their LSP license has impacted their careers.

Topics will include, but are not limited to:

• Relevant work experience and its role in exam preparation
• Study approaches and strategies
• Exam preparation resources
• Exam day logistics
• Lessons learned and advice for future candidates

Participants are encouraged to submit questions in advance to [email protected], or ask them live during the session. Please note that speakers cannot comment on specific exam questions.

This session is ideal for those working in the environmental field—particularly in site assessment, remediation, or related disciplines—and who are interested in becoming LSPs as this conversation will offer practical insight and valuable advice from experienced professionals on preparing for the LSP exam.
