The final installment of the 2024 MCP Amendments Q&A has been posted as of August 11, 2025.

The complete Q&A document now has three (3) main sections:

• General Q&A – except Subpart I (added August 12, 2025)
• Subpart I – Risk Characterization (added November 1, 2024)
• Climate Change (added March 29, 2024)
